Usage Building Material Production
Production Process Overview
Our rock wool production line utilizes an electric furnace to melt raw materials including basalt, blast furnace hard slag, and dolomite. The process begins with dried materials being stored in silos, then automatically weighed and fed into the furnace through a precise charging system.
The molten material flows through a guided channel into a high-speed four-roller centrifuge, where it undergoes fibrillation under combined centrifugal force and high-speed airflow. The resulting fibers are collected on a conveyor belt to form primary felt, which is then processed through our advanced pendulum machine.
Finishing Process
Before entering the curing furnace, the secondary felt undergoes compression via our pleating and pressurizing machines to enhance strength. The complete finishing process includes:
